To achieve diversity, equality and inclusion, the company particularly focuses on hiring and nurturing women and people with disabilities. To nurture female talents, the company has established the ‘2030 Female Human Resource Target’, a mid- to long-term goal, and is operating its initiatives in categories such as leadership, welfare, education, and evaluation. As a result, the ratio of female employees to leaders continues to increase. In addition, the company has established ‘Korea Donggeurami Partners’, a subsidiary-type standard workplace for the disabled, which continuously contributes to expanding and stabilising employment for the disabled.

And the company conducts regular 'Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Leadership’ training for leaders of company-wide team and affiliates to create an unbiased and fair organisation with diverse talents and an inclusive culture.
