Hankook Tire Becomes the Official Tire Supplier of ‘2019 Radical Australia Cup’

February 1, 2019 (Seoul, Korea) – Premium global tire maker Hankook Tire announced that it will supply racing tires to the ‘2019 Radical Australia Cup’.

Radical cars, a United Kingdom sports car, will be entering the motorsports fitted with Hankook Tire’s high-performing racing tires, the ‘Ventus F200’ and ‘Ventus Z217’. The Ventus F200, a dry surface slick racing tire with excellent grip, handling performance, and durability, and Ventus Z217, a wet surface racing tire with high stability, have already been acknowledged by world’s prestigious motorsports.

Celebrating its 11th season as of 2019, the Radical Australia Cup is hosted by ‘Radical Australia’, a racing team established by Radical car owners. Training and mentoring programs for Radical car owners are the main parts of the motorsports.

The 2019 season will officially kick off at Mount Panorama on February 1st (local time), followed by six rounds in major circuits of Australia and New Zealand, the Sydney Motorsport, Philip Island, Bend Motorsport Park, and Highlands Motorsport Park.
